Madhya Pradesh has vast natural resources which offer tremendous potential for increasing exports from the state. There is however a need to continuously educate and train new entrepreneurs, manufactures and traders in respect of foreign trade opportunities and the challenges of globalization of Trade and Services.

It is in this context that Trade & Investment Information Centre (TIIC) has been set up in M P Trade and Investment Facilitation Corporation Ltd (TRIFAC) a Government of MP Undertaking; with technical and commercial support from National Centre for Trade Information (NCTI), Government of India venture between ITPO & NIC New Delhi. The Centre has been established to facilitate trade & industry with regard to different aspects of foreign trade such as identification of product, developing market, export/import procedures & documentation, starting new export venture, participation in Trade Fair seminars/workshops, mitigating risks involved in Foreign Trade etc.
